Sometimes, you may want to file a complaint about poor service on a public transport line. The reasons can be many, but in all cases, we want to tell you that it is of little use—except for venting, telling us on social media: “The bus, as always, is late” or “Stuck at the stop again and the bus just passes by,” and giving us a one-star rating. You are perfectly entitled to do so, but with so little information, we don’t know how to act. Instead of that—or in addition (because venting is important)—we highly value it when you report every single occasion in which public transport service falls short.
