Satisfaction Survey on several Bus routes from Tuesday, May, 17th

Transport operator Portillo Avanza in collaboration with Malaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium, is managing a fieldwork to determine through surveys the provided service perception in its public transport bus routes, as well as the level of satisfaction perceived by its customers. The report will analyze the results of this survey, approached to a statistically representative sample of transport customers on each lines served by this transport operator. It includes two of the most significant Málaga Metropolitan Area bus routes, M-110 Málaga-Benalmádena Costa and M-160 Malaga-Rincon de la Victoria-Cotomar. The surveys will be conducted in electronic form, and it is translated into several languages. Survey will take place on May, 17th, 18th, 19th, 24th, 25th and 26th by properly accredited staff. Increased service for La Noche en Blanco, on Saturday, 14th

On May, Saturday, 14th, Málaga wont sleep, due to La Noche en Blanco, with lot of art and cultural activities from 20:00 to 02:00. Museums, civil buildings, restaurants, bookshops, streets and squares will offer music, painting, literature, children's stories, graffities, gastronomy and lot of more performance. Enjoy it on public transport. Malaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium enforce its night services. San Isibro Labrador Fair will affect some bus routes stopping at Cártama Estación this weekend

Cártama Estación will live some great days during San Isidro Labrador Fair, which will take place from May,12th to 15th. The fair activities will affect traffic on some roads and streets, and thus on several Malaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium bus routes. On Saturday, May, 14th due to San Isidro Labrador procession, will be no traffic on Avenida de Andalucía, at the height of Carmen Juanola and Iglesia streets. This issue will take place at 20:00 pm (approx.) and last about 45 minutes. This could affect to bus route M-131 Málaga-Cártama, departing from Malaga to 19:45, and from Ampliación de Cártama at 19:55. In that case, the route would link directly from Cártama Pueblo through Guadalhorce highway, avoiding Cártama Estación. [...]

Increased timetable of bus route M-347 Caminito del Rey / El Chorro – El Kiosco from May, 10th

Due to the well-received reopening of Caminito del Rey, from May, 10th, Málaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium will increase the service to the bus route M-347 Caminito del Rey / El Chorro - El Kiosco, the shuttle that connects the two access points to the natural setting, the Southern access (bus stop Caminito del Rey/El Chorro, in Álora) and the Northern access (bus stop El Kiosco, in Ardales). Enlargement of bus route M-136 till Los Alamos beach, from May, 1st to October, 30th

Due to the great reception given to this service in recent years, from May, 1st, to October, 30th, customers from Cártama and Alhaurin de la Torre could access to Los Alamos beach by public transport, with the enlargement of bus route M-136 Cartama-Alhaurin de la Torre-Plaza Mayor-Los Alamos. This service, which connects from Monday to Friday (only working days) these municipalities with Plaza Mayor, a shopping and leisure mall, will extend for six months its route till Los Alamos Beach. New bus stop "Cementerio" in Cártama Pueblo will be included in several bus rotes from April, 21st

From April, 21st, Cártama Pueblo will have a new bus stop, "Cementerio", located on the road from Cártama to Alhaurín el Grande, nearby Cártama's Cementery and Elementary School La Mata. In order to ensure the safety of passengers, this bus stop will be operative on only one side of the road.
