Increased services on several bus routes due to Spanish bank holidays on December, 6th and 8th

Bus route M-110 Málaga-Torremolinos-Benalmádena Costa: will works on December, 8th as a saturday working day, with 55 outward and return departures, from 06:00 to 02:00. Bus route M-168 Rincón de la Victoria-Málaga (Búho): usually works only on friday, saturday and bank holiday's eve nights, but will work continuously from December, 5th to 8th, with departures from Málaga at 00:30, 01:30, 02:15 and 03:30, and from Rincón de la Victoria at 00:45, 01:30, 02:10, 02:55 and 04:15. Bus route M-135 Málaga-Santa Amalia: will works on December, 8th as a saturday working day, with 11 outward and 10 return departures, from 07:00 to 22:00. Bus stop Montemar in Torremolinos, out of service due to road works

On Halloween, move on night bus!

The most terrifying things at Halloween night are not the Walkers, vampires or witches, or those trouble spots of blood and guts on your shirt. The worst things are trying to move around the city by car, trying to park or trying not to drink an alcohol potion, or zombies will eat your brain and wallet .... Don't be a mummy and use public transport to move on Halloween (October, 31st). By using bus route M-138/N-5 Alhaurín de la Torre-Churriana-Malaga (Búho), you could drag your bones from Alhaurín de la Torre, Churriana, Guadalmar and San Julián to Malaga Centre. University Bus Services academic year 2018-2019, including Torremolinos, from September, 24th

Next Monday, September, 24th, coinciding with the opening of the academic year at the University of Malaga (UMA), will start the Malaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium University Bus Services, connecting the towns of Alhaurin de la Torre, Benalmádena, Mijas, Rincón de la Victoria and, from this year, Torremolinos with the University Campus of Teatinos and Ampliación de Teatinos, as well as Hospital Clínico. University services will be provided on school days, according to the academic calendar of the UMA. Winter timetables from September, 10th

Bus routes with increased frequency of existing bus services will end on September, 9th. From September, 10th, the following bus routes will return to their usual timetables: M-110 Málaga-Torremolinos-Benalmádena Costa M-119 Calahonda-Fuengirola M-120 Torremolinos-Fuengirola M-122 Fuengirola-Mijas M-160 Málaga-Rincón de la Victoria-Cotomar M-163 Málaga-Rincón de la Victoria-Cotomar M-168 Rincón de la Victoria-Málaga (Nocturno) M-220 Fuengirola-Marbella M-221 Fuengirola-Coín Exceptionally, bus routes M-224 Calahonda-Cala de Mijas-Fuengirola, M-320 Málaga-Marbella, M-103 Urbano de Benalmádena. Estupa-Nueva Torrequebrada and M-136 Cártama-Alhaurín de la Torre-Plaza Mayor-Los Álamos will extend its reinforcements until September, 15th, 16th, 30th and October, 30th, respectively. Increased services on several Consortium bus route due to Mijas Fair (september, 5th to 9th)

The Málaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium increases several bus routes during the Feria de Mijas 2018 (Mijas Fair), from September, 5th to 9th. Bus route M-122 Fuengirola - Mijas will increase its services with departures from Fuengirola untill 00:30 and from Mijas Pueblo till 02.00 (September, 5th and 9Th) and till 02:30 (September, 6th and 7th). On Saturday, 8th, main day of Mijas Fair, this bus routes will have departures from 20:00 to 00:30 every 30 minutes (from Fuengirola) and from 20:00 to 02:30 every 30 minutes (from Mijas Pueblo). Departures from Mijas Pueblo at 01:30, 02:00 and 02:30 will finish in La Cala de Mijas if customers ask for it. Forget the car, you can get Mijas Fair safely, [...]

Bus stop Ajoli, out of service from September, 5th due to road works

Malaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium informs you that, due to rehabilitation works in Avenida Clemente Díaz in  Fuengirola, road traffic will be interrupted from September, 5th. UPDATE. Possible effects on several Málaga Area Metropolitan Transport intercity bus routes due to La Vuelta 2018 on August, 25th and 27th

La Vuelta 2018 begins in Costa del Sol and for three weeks it will travel throughout Spain. This year, the Vuelta starts on August, 25th in a Individual time-trial in Málaga, and during the following days will pass through the roads of Metropolitan Area of Malaga. Specifically, The the 23rd stage (Monday, 27th) between Mijas and Alhaurín de la Torre. Looking for the security of cyclists, during the 1st stage (Saturday, 25th) in Málaga, will be some road closures during long time, so, bus routes to/from Rincón de la Victoria will go through the higway till La Araña, and intermediate bus stops between Málaga Bus Station / Muelle Heredia and La Araña (Parque San Antonio, Baños del Carmen, Las Acacias, [...]
