Reunification of bus routes from Maqueda and Hospital Guadalhorce with Cártama from March, 1st

After several months on service, bus routes M-153 Hospital-Cártama Pueblo-Cártama Estación and M-154 Cártama Estación-Maqueda will be reunited in a single bus route, the new M-153 Hospital-Cártama-Maqueda, from March, 1st. Studying the customers demand profiles for different areas and departures, this alternative is considered to make a better optimization of the resources and the offer available to the customers. The new route will have eight complete expeditions, and will cover important points of transport demand, such as Hospital Guadalhorce, Cártama Pueblo, Cártama train station, Cártama Estación, Empalme del Sexmo and Maqueda-Santa Rosalía, where you can connect with the Malaga urban bus routes L-19 Paseo del Parque-Campanillas-Maqueda (Por Ortega y Gasset) and L-25 Paseo del Parque-Campanillas-Maqueda. Routes and timetable changes in some Bus routes due to Spain-France bilateral summit and sunday storm in east Malaga area

Due to a Spain-France bilateral summit and the effects of past sunday storm, several Malaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium bus routes with departure, arrival or stop at Estación Muelle Heredia and East Malaga roads would be affected on Monday, February, 20th.

Relocation of two bus stops in Mijas on February, 21st due to changes in some roads direction of traffic

Two Malaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium bus stops in Mijas will change their location from Tuesday, February, 21st, due to changes at direction of traffic in its roads of access. Bus stop "El Corte Inglés", currently located on Calle Santa Gema (Las Lagunas de Mijas) will be traslated few meters. This relocation takes place after the change of traffic direction at Calle Santa Laura, which will allow it towards Rotonda Ford to take the street in the opposite direction. From February, 21st, bus route will avoid turning through Camino de Las Cañadas. Modifications in several Consortium bus routes for works in Cártama Estación from February, 6th

The City Council of Cártama informs us that, due to some works in Avenida de Andalucía (Cártama Estación), this street will be closed to traffic road for about two months. Those works are part of the projects developed to prevent flooding in the area, as happened in December. As an alternative road for the transit of vehicles, on the A-7057 road has been enabled a detour near Puente de Hierro, through Cerería street, crossing under under the train tracks and Carmen Juanola street. Through this detour, you can get El Sexmo, Campanillas and Málaga (accessing from Cártama Pueblo). New timetable on bus route M-110 Málaga-Benalmádena Costa from February, 1st

Málaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium informs you that, from February, 1st, bus route M-110 Málaga-Benalmádena Costa will increase and modifies its departures timetable in its Monday to Friday expeditions. These changes will take place due to some detected problems to fit the established timetables in departures from Malaga (Muelle Heredia) at noon. For this reason, an additional departure will be included and timetables will be updated. Bus route M-110 sets its hourly range, with 62 departures (Malaga to Benalmadena) from 06:10 to 01:00, one more than nowadays. Finished and On service bus bay on bus stop Loma del Campo

Once the works on bus bay at Loma del Campo (towards Malaga) in Santa Rosalía-Maqueda neighborhood have been finished, bus stop is on service again. Works include the extension of the road to make an exclusive lane segregated from the main road. Thus, the bus make its stop more safely for traffic, pedestrians and users, with new sidewalk, shelter and pedestrian crossing. New timetables on bus routes from Malaga to Rincón de la Victoria from January, 9th

Malaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium informs you that some intercity bus routes between Malaga and Rincon de la Victoria will have its timetables modified from January, 9th. Those changes will take place from Monday to Friday. Firts departures from Rincon de la Victoria of bus route M-160 Málaga-Rincón de la Victoria-Cotomar will be advanced. These changes have been requested by bus route customers. Also M-163 Málaga-Rincón de la Victoria-Los Rubios  will advance its expeditions from Malaga. New bus route M-104 Pizarra-Zalea-Cerralba from January, 3rd

The neighbors of Pizarra and the areas of Cerralba and Zalea are launching a new Malaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium bus route. From January, 3rd, this route will increase the connections between the different neighborhoods respect to the current offer, joining the Consortium fare framework and benefiting from all the advantages offered by the use of the Transport Card. The bus route M-104 Pizarra-Zalea-Cerralba includes in its route the neighborhood of Realejos, and incorporates three new exclusive bus stops: Residencia Zalea, Piscina Pizarra and Casa del Conde. New timetables on three intercity bus routes in Mijas Costa and Las Lagunas from January, 3rd

From January, 3rd, 2017, several Malaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium bus routes in the area of ​​Mijas Costa and Las Lagunas de Mijas will have a modified timetable. These changes are made to adjust the timetable to avoid some detected delays. Bus route M-220 Fuengirola-Las Lagunas-Marbella resets its departures from Monday to Friday, with an hourly range from 06:45 to 23:00 hours in both directions. On the other hand, bus route M-127 Las Lagunas-Estación de Fuengirola extends its time range from 06:45 to 22:40 from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 21:45 on Saturdays and from 09:15 to 21:20 on Sundays and bank holidays (departuring from the bus station of Fuengirola).
