Malaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium informs you that urban bus routes of Benalmádena M-103 Urbano de Benalmádena. Estupa-Nueva Torrequebrada extends its reinforces services till September, 30th, to cover the increase of vacational public transport demand during the whole month. Thus, from Monday to Friday (working days) will be 22 departures from Benalmádena Pueblo and 23 from Nueva Torrequebrada, respectively. The frequency of passage in the main demand hours is 30 minutes. The route also increases its timetable on weekends and holidays; Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays there will be nine expeditions departing from each sense. The Málaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium increases several bus routes during the Feria de Mijas 2017 (Mijas Fair), from September, 6th to 10th. Bus route M-122 Fuengirola - Mijas will increase its services with departures from Fuengirola untill 01:30 and from Mijas Pueblo till 01:00. On Friday, 8th, main day of Mijas Fair, this bus routes will have departures from 20:00 to 01:30 every 30 minutes (from Fuengirola) and from 20:00 to 01:30 every 30 minutes (from Mijas Pueblo). The City Council of Mijas, in collaboration with the Malaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium, will start the new intercity bus route M-156 Las Lagunas-Centro Comercial-Cerros del Águila. This new bus route, which will come into service next Monday, July, 10th, will stop at Rotonda de Las Lagunas, Centro Comercial Miramar Fuengirola (Shopping Center), Cementerio de San Cayetano (Cemetery), Hipódromo, Cerrado del Águila Golf and Cerros del Águila.
