Malaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium presents the new bus route from Monday, March, 21st M-119 Calahonda – Fuengirola, a new intercity bus route through the neighborhoods of Calahonda, Pueblo Andaluz and Miraflores, linking directly with La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola.
This bus route was requested by the City of Mijas, and it will service these neighborhoods that nowadays dont currently have any public transport. Important deals on its itinerary as the Community Health Centre of La Cala de Mijas, The Local Government of La Cala de Mijas, Calahonda’s Overlook and Miraflores Golf Club, plus several commercial areas are included.
From March, 21st until June, 20th, this route will have departures from Myramar Fuengirola at 09:00, 13:00, 17:00 and 21:30, and from Rotonda Sitio Calahonda at 09:30, 13:30, 17:30 and 22:00.
From June, 21st until September, 20th, the offer is multiplied with departures from Myramar Fuengirola at 08:30, 9:40, 12:00, 13:10, 15:50, 17:00, 19:30 and 20:40 hours, and from Rotonda Sitio Calahonda at 09:00, 10:10, 12:30, 13:40, 16:20, 17:30, 20:00 and 21:10 hours.
Although Rotonda Site Calahonda and Myramar Fuengirola are considered header and endpoint of the bus route, users accessing the bus from the residential areas of Calahonda with destination on La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola can continue the journey through Rotonda Sitio Calahonda without paying a new ticket.
