You can activate your card at any sales point of the Consortia you applied to. For example, if you applied for the card with the Consorcio de Málaga, you’ll need to activate it at a sales point in Málaga.
It must be a sales point with a physical operator to perform the activation; first-time activations cannot be done at automatic top-up machines.
