Málaga prepares its 29th Half Marathon next sunday, March, 24th at 9.30 am. This running event will test the strength of the runners through 21,097 kilometers, starting and finishing from Paseo del Parque, in the City Centre, with the following route:
Because this race, it will be traffic cuts while runners pass, from 9:30 am to 13:00 pm, which will affect several Malaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium bus routes starting, finishing or stopping at Muelle Heredia Station:
– Bus routes M-110 Málaga-Torremolinos-Benalmádena Costa, M-113 Málaga-Las Lagunas-Fuengirola (Directo) and M-131 Málaga-Cártama From 09:30 to 13:00, estimated race finnishing hour, those bus routes will start and finish at Vialia María Zambrano Train Station.
– Bus Route M-160 Málaga-Rincón de la Victoria-Cotomar: From 09:30 to 13:00, estimated race finnishing hour, this bus route will start and finish in General Torrijos Circus, in front of Hospital Noble.
– Bus routes M-260 Málaga-Vélez Málaga (por Torre de Benagalbón) and M-364 Málaga-Periana (por Torre de Benagalbón): During the sport event, it will start and finish at Málaga Bus Station, connecting directly with El Palo area through highway. Muelle Heredia Station will be out of service for those bus routes.
Cuts will take as short as possible, always ensuring the safety of runners.
