For the purpose of receiving and processing internal information in relation to any actions or omissions that may constitute breaches of European Union Law, as well as for actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence, included within the material scope defined by Article 2. 1 of Law 2/2023, of February 20, 2023, on the Protection of Informants, the Internal Information System corresponding to the scope of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía is created, in operation since June 13, 2023, unique for the entire Administration of the Junta de Andalucía and its instrumental entities, being responsible for processing the General Secretariat for Public Administration; being able, where appropriate, to conduct the investigation on the facts reported, propose to the competent bodies the adoption of corrective measures and/or penalties and report on the outcome.
This internal information system may be used by persons and their representatives who, in the work or professional context, communicate information on actions or omissions allegedly constituting an infringement or who are mentioned in the same as a reported person or in any other condition.
