Vuelta Ciclista a Andalucía Ruta del Sol 2018 starts its 64th edition, with a first stage of 197.6 kilometers with departure in Mijas and arrival in Granada.
The tour includes Mijas, Alhaurín el Grande, Alhaurín de la Torre, Málaga and Rincón de la Victoria, all this towns within the scope of the Malaga Area Metropolitan Transport Consortium:
Looking for the security of cyclists, would be some road closures during the passage of the bunch, which also affect some Málaga Area Metropolitan Transport intercity bus routes. These closures would be of short duration and roads will be open again after the passage of the runners.
